Norman Leaf, M.D. F.A.C.S.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Leaf graduated Alpha Omega Alpha Honors from the University of Chicago School of Medicine. After his surgical internship at the Stanford Medical Center focusing on reconstructive surgery for babies born with congenital deformities, he returned to the University of Chicago where he served his general residency, his fellowship in Microsurgery Research, and his graduate training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Currently Dr. Leaf is an Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at UCLA Medical Center, where he actively participates in the training of residents. He is on the staff of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Leaf is proud to serve as the Medical Director of IRAQ STAR, a national non-profit foundation dedicated to providing reconstructive surgeries to wounded Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans helping them return to their pre-war lives. » view Dr. Leaf's CV

    Caroline is the primary patient contact for all surgical services provided by Dr. Leaf. Caroline provides information on surgeries and procedures, quotes and fee ranges, coordinates pre and post operative care in addition to managing Dr. Leaf's personal appearances and promotions. Caroline excels in providing personal care, attention and a great sense of comfort.
  • Joy Edwards, R.N. Joy Edwards, R.N., P.H.N. Injection & Laser Specialist
    Joy Edwards is an advanced practice registered nurse receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, is certified by the State of California and is a board member of Iraq Star Foundation.   • Lauren Kochevar Lauren Kochevar Office Coordinator
    Lauren ("Lola") is responsible for all front office coordination which includes managing our practice charting systems, patient flow, treatment room coordination and scheduling appointments. Her smile is warm and welcoming. Lauren also assists with client relations and marketing by working on our social media content. Above all, Lauren will ensure your visit with us is a pleasant one.
  • Mark Martsolf, C.S.T. Mark Martsolf, C.S.T. Certified Surgical Technologist
    Mark assists Dr. Leaf in the operating room throughout the duration of the operation. He is responsible for preparing the patient, arranging instruments, equipment and room set-up and provides key surgical assistance. Mark has been working alongside Dr. Leaf for more than 15 years and is considered Dr. Leaf's valued "right hand man".
  • Lauren Sedaker Lauren Sedaker Administrator
    Lauren is responsible for our overall office management, efficiency, organization and ensuring a positive patient experience. Lauren also directs and coordinates all promotions and specials for Leaf MD Skincare Clinic. She is warm and friendly, maintaining a positive approach should problems arise. Utilizing her listening and communication skills she is your point person for general office management needs and support.
  • Maya Zeineddine, P.M.E. Maya Zeinedinne, P.M.E. Para-Medical Esthetician
    Maya Zeinedinne is an advanced practice licensed Esthetician with special training in the medical/dermatological field. Maya specializes in skin treatments such as Diamond Peel, HydraFacial and medical grade peels such as Cosmelan, ViPeel and BENEV Smart Peels.
